Last week, SNSD have officially ended their ‘Gee’ promotions after three awesome months. However, it doesn’t stop people to make more ‘Gee’ covers. There have been some ballad, RnB, rock, and hip hop versions of Gee. But now, apparently, the new trend is the orchestral covers.

Oh. I also want to apologize that I’m definitely not a good writer as English is not my first language. I have difficulties in constructing English sentences. Actually, I’m NOT even understandable in my own native language… that’s how bad I am in writing (and speaking). Well, you get the idea (I hope). ^__^

9 straight weeks as a chart topper, and it looks like there is no stopping them! I’m REALLY digging the Nemesis version; never thought I’d live to see the day my 2 loves (Heavy Metal + SNSD) would actually come together, but I guess I’m not the only crazy one to think the two would work so well!

I never really liked rock versions of super poppy songs… like for instance WEEZER’s version of Meri Kuri or rock versions of Britney Spear’s songs… but i don’t know why… it just works with Gee.

@JEyon: yes, I mean it. well, actually it’s my eternal nickname lol. everyone prefer to call me that, because my real first name is a boy name, Rizky… which sounds as weird in English. it’s like “you are… risky???” (-_-)
But, they’re VERY common names here in Indonesia though.
